Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only for defective or wrong items delivered. If you receive a defective or wrong product, please follow the steps below:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide proof of defect or wrong delivery (photos or videos).
• The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons apart from defective or wrong items.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Verification of the returned product's condition and issue.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification and will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: No refunds will be issued for products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria.

3. Shipping Policy

Our shipping and delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Shipping Timeframe: Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
